What your enrolment allows

If you hold an active enrolment, you may use the course content for your own personal study. That permission is personal to you: it does not transfer to anyone else and it does not survive the end of your enrolment.

What is not allowed

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, resell, sub-license or otherwise share any part of the content, in any form, without written permission from Career Smarter. That includes sharing your account with others, downloading or scraping content for use elsewhere, and reusing our materials in another course, product or service, whether paid or free.

Licensed and third-party material

Some content is used under licence rather than owned by us. In particular, ITIL® is a registered trademark of the PeopleCert group, and our ITIL course is delivered under licence from PeopleCert; that material remains subject to PeopleCert's own terms. Other trademarks and exam-board names mentioned on the platform belong to their respective owners.
